管理系承担对科技管理干部岗位培训的任务。开展科技管理、经营管理、工商管理、知识产权、会计等项目的培训。大专高职层次的学历教育开设工业科技管理、工商企业管理、对外经济贸易等专业，为社会培养经营与管理人才。
The Management Department takes on positon training of scientific management cadres. It also runs a variety of professional training classes concerning Science and Technology Management, Operation Management, Intelligence Property Right, Accounting and so on. The certificate-oriented education offers specialties of college and higher vocational schooling concerning Industry Science Management,Industrial and Commercial Business Management, Foreign Trade and so on.
